
We contacted the buyer on numerous occasions to either send the item back or pay for it but was ignored.

We sent proof it had been delivered back to the buyer and not ourselves. We did a Safe-T claim as advised by seller support. As soon as the item was accepted by the buyer Amazon paid the buyer back as according to their robots it had been delivered. We sent a message to the buyer to this effect but got no reply. Links to these terms and notices can be found in the footer of your local Amazon homepage.This happened to us slightly different whereby the buyer sent item back no problem but the courier left a note of trying to deliver item to us as we were not in our office at the time in the wrong office door and by the time we received the note and contacted the courier it was already on its way back to the buyer.
